These terms of service apply to the use of the OmAnuCard website and services: digital menus, digital love cards, and website development for businesses.
Our Services
OmAnuCard provides three core services: (1) Digital menus for restaurants and cafés - annual subscription with real-time updates, (2) Digital greeting cards for special occasions - one-time payment, (3) Professional website development for businesses - custom pricing. All services include technical support, multilingual support (Hebrew, Arabic, English), and secure hosting.
Payment Terms
Payment is made according to the selected service: Digital menus - annual subscription with cancellation up to 30 days for full refund. Love cards - one-time payment per card with no refund after final design approval. Website development - custom pricing based on project scope, with payment milestones available. All payments are encrypted and secure.
Intellectual Property & Rights
The digital content created for you (menus, cards, website content) is your full property. The platform, system, source code, and base designs are intellectual property of OmAnuCard. Copying, duplicating, or selling the system or any part of it is prohibited. However, you have full usage license for the service and your content without restrictions.
Limitation of Liability & Service
We provide the service with 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee service without any interruption. We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. In case of technical failure, we will work to fix it as soon as possible. The service is provided "as-is" with maximum effort for quality and reliability.
